Application Notes
The specificity of the original format of the antibody was confirmed by ELISA analysis. The original format of the antibody could recognise human LgR5 expressed in 293 cells by FACS. The antibody detected LgR5 in different colon cancer cell lines (SW403, LS180, SW948, CACO-2, T84, KM-12, C2BBel, SW1463, SK-CO-1, LOVO, DLD-1, SW620) by immunohistochemistry (US20190248889).
