Application Notes
The specificity of the original format of the antibody to TcdA was confirmed by ELISA analysis. The binding affinity of the original format of the antibody was measured by surface plasmon resonance (Kd= 2 nM). Human lung fibroblast (HLF) cytotoxicity assay was used to determine whether the original format of the antibody could neutralize TcdA-induced HLF cell rounding. The antibody showed neutralizing activity to TcdA (US9771416B2).
