Application Notes
The original format of this antibody (mouse IgG2b, κ) was used to detect human TL1A in WB, IHC, and IF (Bamias et al., 2011; PMID: 21672030). Furthermore, the biotinylated version of this antibody was used to detect human TL1A in a quantitative ELISA (Kim et al., 2012; PMID: 22647538). This antibody is suitable for use in FACS (unpublished results of Dr. Sunghee Kim).

This chimeric rabbit antibody was made using the variable domain sequences of the original Mouse IgG2b format, for improved compatibility with existing reagents, assays and techniques.
