Application Notes
This antibody was used for immunoprecipitation and ELISpot to detect Nurse shark (G. Cirratum) IgM1gj (Castro et al., 2013; PMID: 23897025). Furthermore, it was coupled to protein G beads and used in an affinity column to isolate IgM1gj from young sharks and used for IHC to detect IgM1gj in young and adult Nurse Shark spleen tissue (Castro, 2013; ProQuest: 3608068).
