Application Notes
The specificity of the original format of the antibody was confirmed by ELISA analysis (CN103160515B). The single-chain variable fragment of the antibody conjugated to alkaline phosphatase (asFv-AP) fusion protein was used for the development of a rapid, sensitive chemiluminescent enzyme immunoassay (CLEIA) and direct competitive CLEIA for ractopamine (IC50= 0.25 ng/mL, LOD= 0.02 ng/mL, working detection range = 0.05-1.45 ng/mL) (Dong et al., 2012; PMID: 22769009).
