Short Description
This chimeric human antibody was made using the variable domain sequences of the original Mouse IgG1 format, for improved compatibility with existing reagents, assays and techniques.
Application Notes
The original version of this antibody was used for flow cytometry on human colorectal cancer cell lines (Ray et al., 2012; PMID:22606209). Furthermore while studying human colorectal carcinomas, this antibody was used for immunohistochemistry on colon tumor sections. This antibody was also used for western blot on normal murine colon cell lysates and transformed colon cells lysates (McNeil et al., 2016; PMID:27750367).
