Application Notes
The original version of this antibody was used for a sandwhich ELISA on H.Pylori antigens. This antibody was used for an immunochromatic assay on the Ag 100 antigen from H.pylori, in this system a limit of detection of 0.03 ug/ml was found, the detection was enhanched using silver salts (Byzova et al., 2015).
