Short Description
This chimeric human antibody was made using the variable domain sequences of the original Mouse IgG2b format, for improved compatibility with existing reagents, assays and techniques.
Application Notes
The original antibody was used for immunohistochemistry on tissues from 14 cases of mantle cell lymphoma. Further this antibody was used for flow cytometry on mantle cell lymphoma cells. This antibody was used for a quantitive immunofluorescence assay for quantitation of CD37 expression on TMA cores from MCL and benign lymphoid tissue (Leshchenko et al., 2010; PMID:20427703).
