Application Notes
The original version of this antibody was used for immunohistochemistry on the normal gastrointestinal mucosa of Le-positive individuals (Herrero-Zabaleta et al., 1987; PMID:2444292), and on endometrial tissue specimens obtained in different phases of the menstrual cycle (Hey and Aplin., 1996; PMID:8910004). This antibody was used for an ELISA on carbohydrate proteins (Manimala et al., 2007; PMID:17483136), and on MUC1 samples (Hey and Aplin., 1996; PMID:8910004). Furthermore this antibody was used for immunocytochemistry on HT 29 tumour cells (Koehler et al., 2009; PMID:20010946). The original version of this antibody was used for flow cytometry on ovarian cancer cell line SW626 and SCLC cell line DMS79 (Ragupathi et al., 2009; PMID:19190907).
