Application Notes
The binding of the original version of this antibody (VHH) to IL3-Ra-expressing viral lipoparticles was characterized in an ELISA (KD 0.783 nM). In a FACS binding assay, this antibody exhibited an EC50 of 0.66 nM, 1.3 nM, and 0.24 nM for MOLM-13, THP-1, and HEK-IL-R3a, respectively, and an IC50 of 1.20 nM in competition against clone 7G3. In its bi-specific constructions with clones 14D09 and 281F12, it served as an anchor (US20220242958).
