The binding of the original version of this antibody (VHH) to IL12RB1 was characterized in an SPR (KD 3.3 nM), ELISA (IC50 3.7 and 1.5 nM for IL-12 and IL-23, respectively), and FACS (EC50 1.3 nM). In its bi-specific constructs with Ab04387 (Anti-CD4 [3F11]), it served a functional role (US20220242958).
