Application Notes
The original antibody was used for an ELISA on virus-like particles, bacterially expressed VP8 and VP5 (Nair et al., 2017; PMID:28637924). Further this antibody was used for a neutralization assay by using the antibody virus mixture on MA104 cells (Nair et al., 2017; PMID:28637924), and on MA104, HT-29, CaCo-2, CV-1, and HEK293 cells (Feng et al., 2019; PMID:31403468). This antibody was used for immunofluorescence on RV-infected MA104 cells (Nair et al., 2017; PMID:28637924). The structure of this antibody was determined using x-ray crystallography (Feng et al., 2019; PMID:31403468).
