Application Notes
The original antibody was used for a neutralization assay against CVA16 in human rhabdomyosarcoma (He et al., 2020; PMID:32027857). Further an ELISA was performed on 16 strains of CVA16 (He et al., 2020; PMID:32027857), and on CVA16 (Cu et al., 2021; PMID:32750255). The structure of this antibody was determined using cryo-EM (He et al., 2020; PMID:32027857). A bispecific version of this antibody was used for an immunofluorescence assay on EV71- and CA16-infected cells. Furthermore a bispecific version of this antibody was used for an ELISA on EV71 or CA16. Finally the bispecific version of this antibody was used for neutralization (Zhou et al., 2019; PMID:30419253).
