Application Notes
The binding affinity of original format of the antibody to prothrombin was measured by surface plasmon resonance. The crystal structure of the Fab fragment of the antibody was determined. The antibody could prolong phospholipid-initiated and diluted Russell viper venom clotting time (Kumar et al., 2024; PMID: 38437497).
