Application Notes
The original format of the antibody specifically bound to CD11b+ cells in lymph nodes and spleen by two-photon microscopy and flow cytometry analysis. 18F-labelled antibody was used for noninvasive imaging of CD11b+ cells, both in normal and in tumor-bearing mice (Rashidian et al., 2015; PMID: 25902531). The antibody was conjugated to an H-2Db -restricted immunodominant E7 epitope (an HPV tumor antigen peptide) for treatment of HPV induced cancer (Woodham et al., 2018; PMID: 29792298).
