Application Notes
The binding specificity of the original version of this antibody (VHH) was tested using ELISA. In a cell-based neutralizing assay with mTLR3-overexpressing HEK cells, an antagonistic effect was observed, as measured by NFκB expression after cell lysis compared to the control group (WO2009138494A2).
