Application Notes
The specificity of the original camelid (alpaca) single-domain antibody (sdAb; VHH) for the Fc domain of human IgG1 was tested in an ELISA. A fluorescently conjugated version of the original antibody was generated and used for affinity detection and flow cytometry. An EC50 of 0.27 nM was reported (CN114181314B).
