Application Notes
The binding specificity and affinity of the original camelid (alpaca) single-domain antibody (sdAb; VHH) were tested in an ELISA. It exhibited a high affinity for human IgA and a low affinity for human IgG. This antibody was used to generate an anti-human IgA and anti-avian influenza nucleoprotein bi-specific construct together with Ab04650 [A65], and their stability in vivo was compared (CN111116752B).
