Application Notes
The binding specificity of the original camelid (alpaca) single-domain antibody (sdAb; VHH) was tested in an ELISA. This antibody was used to generate an anti-human Ig and anti-Her2/neu bi-specific construct together with Ab04653 [HerG1M], and their stability in vivo was compared (CN110964113B).
