Application Notes
The specificity of the original format of the antibody was confirmed by ELISA analysis. The antibody recognised reduced and non-reduced Pf12p in western blot analysis. The binding affinity of the original format of the antibody to Pf12p was measured by surface plasmon resonance (Kd= 6.7 nM). The structure of the antibody in complex with recombinant Pf12p was determined by X-ray crystallography (Dietrich et al., 2021; PMID: 33480416).
