Short Description
This chimeric rabbit antibody was made using the variable domain sequences of the original Mouse IgG1 format, for improved compatibility with existing reagents, assays and techniques.
Application Notes
The specificity of the original format of the antibody was confirmed by ELISA analysis. The binding affinity of the original format of the antibody to mannopyranoside was measured by surface plasmon resonance (Kd= 0.17 µM) (Goel et al., 2004; PMID: 15585860). The crystal structure of the Fab format of the antibody was determined by XRD (PMID: 18032557).
