Application Notes
This antibody binds 25-hydroxyvitamin D in an ELISA with an EC50 of 9.01 ng/mL and the IgG version of the antibody as a binding affinity in the sub-picomolar range. This antibody in combination with AbAb2-VD can be used in the development of double-antibody sandwich colloidal gold immunochromatography test strips, where this antibody is used to prepare Au-antibody complex and AbAb2-VD is used for T line coating.
