This chimeric mouse antibody was made using the variable domain sequences of the original Rabbit IgG format, for improved compatibility with existing reagents, assays and techniques.
Application Notes
This antibody binds 25-hydroxyvitamin D in an ELISA with an EC50 of 4.72 ng/mL and the IgG version of the antibody as a binding affinity in the sub-picomolar range. This antibody in combination with AbAb1-VD can be used in the development of double-antibody sandwich colloidal gold immunochromatography test strips, where AbAb1-VD is used to prepare Au-antibody complex and AbAb2-VD is used for T line coating.
