Short Description
This chimeric human antibody was made using the variable domain sequences of the original Mouse IgG1 format, for improved compatibility with existing reagents, assays and techniques.
Application Notes
This antibody can be used for detection of IL-4 using ELISA. A combination of AbAbS1-IL4 and AbAbS2-IL4 was used for the detection of IL-4 in a sandwich assay, where AbAbS1-IL4 was used as a coating antibody and AbAbS2-IL4 was used as detection antibody. This combination was also used in the generation of a cytometric bead array (CBA) kit for detection of IL-4. The sensitivity of detection for this antibody pair for the CBA kit was reported to be less than 0.5pg/mL (CN118388645).
