Application Notes
The original version of this antibody was used in a sandwich ELISA on Clostridium difficile glutamate dehydrogenase together with a polyclonal antibody, it able to reach a detection limit of 0.25ng/mL. This antibody was used for detection of Clostridium difficile GDH using colloidal gold immunochromatography, using this method a Clostridium difficile infection can be detected with high sensitivity and specificity (CN117700560B).
