Short Description
This chimeric mouse antibody was made using the variable domain sequences of the original Rabbit IgG format, for improved compatibility with existing reagents, assays and techniques.
Application Notes
This antibody can be used for the detection of human IL-8 in a sample. A combination of YX40 and YX5 or YX20 can be for the detection of human CXCL1 in a sandwich assay, where YX40 was used as a coating antibody and biotinylated YX5 or YX20 was used as detection antibody. This antibody was capable of inhibit IL-8 mediated neutrophil chemotaxis in an in vitro assay. In vivo, this antibody was capable of inhibiting the growth of HCT116 tumor cells (colon tumor cells) in nude mice (CN115850474).
