Application Notes
This antibody binds the extracellular domain of the recombinant human and mouse FLT3 in an ELISA. It inhibits binding of FLT3 ligand to recombinant human and mouse full-length FLT3 expressed in HEK293 cells. This antibody antagonizes FLT3 ligand-induced FLT3 activation in RS4-11 cells. It inhibits FLT3 ligand-induced FLT3 autophosphorylation at concentrations of 10 and 100 µg/ml. It was reported to be potent at antagonizing native FLT3 in sensory neurons and efficacious in inhibiting neuropathic pain in a Chronic Constriction Injury (CCI) murine model (US10781452).
