Short Description

This is a reformatted human IgG1 Fc Silent Fc Silent™ antibody, based on the original human IgG1 format, created for improved compatibility with existing reagents, assays and techniques.

Application Notes

The original antibody (human IgG1) was generated and shown to completely neutralize 100% of rVSV-LASV-LI particles with an IC50 of 2-4 nM. It also completely neutralized authentic LASV-LI in a Plaque-Reduction Neutralization Test (PRNT) (Hastie et al., 2019; PMID: 31398326). BLI characterization revealed high binding affinity, with apparent KD values of 0.559 nM, 0.494 nM, 0.154 nM, and 47.0 pM for LASV lineage I (LI) GP, LI-R198S-GP, LI-Q397H-GP, and LASV lineage IV (LIV) GP, respectively (Buck et al., 2022; PMID: 35730904).
