This antibody is suitable for ELISA and Western Blotting procedures. By Western blot, a 1:10,000 dilution of the IgY was an effective probe for 16 ng of Lethal Factor A. By Direct ELISA, the half-point titre was 1:38,000 dilution using a 2 ug/ml coating of Lethal Factor A. Optimal conjugate working dilutions should be determined for your particular assay conditions.
