The anti-Clostridium difficile GDH antibody in a Western blot at a dilution of 1:5000 effectively probed 0.1 ug of the Glutamate Dehydrogenase. For direct ELISA, a dilution of 1:17,000 is recommended. Optimal working dilutions should be determined for your particular assay conditions.
