Short Description
This ADC product is comprised of a Protein G conjugated via a linker to Duocarmycin. The Duocarmycin is targeted to certain cancers by immunerecognition and delivered into cancer cells via receptor mediated endocytosis. Within the cell, Duocarmycin binds to DNA, causes DNA damage. This product displays no obvious toxicity without a primary antibody and can be a quite efficient and economical alternative to pre-screening monoclonal antibodies as ADC candidates.
