These antibodies contain approximately 10% specific antibodies as tested by ELISA, yield a single precipitin arc when tested against normal mouse serum and in cross-reactivity studies using Ouchterlony, cross-react with human IgG, rat IgG and swine IgG but not appreciably with rabbit, goat, guinea pig, cow, ovine, or horse IgG.
