Description: Aim-Tconv is a suspension of hydrogel microparticles (HMP) designed for robust activation and expansion of human pan T cells. Aim-Tconv HMP are designed to self-degrade in approximately 14 days under culture environment. For any downstream processing (e.g. counting, flow cytometry) and if earlier removal of Aim-Tconv HMP is desired, please remove using the digesting buffer provided in the kit

A suspension of hydrogel microparticles (HMP) made of chemically crosslinked dextran. HMPs sized 8-12 µm were coated with phospholipid bilayer, with membrane docked human NK cell activating signal panels. Each kit contains:

1 vial of AimNK HMP in PBS (4×107 beads/mL), with 0.5% P/S.

ANK01-0100H: 1.0mL, total HMP number = 4×107

ANK01-0050H: 0.5mL, total HMP number = 2×107

1 vial of HMP digesting buffer (20X, 1.0mL)

Stability & Storage

Shipped with ice, keep product refrigerated (2 to 8°C).

Stable at 4°C for 6 months. Contents are sterile in unopened tube.

Do not subject product to freezing, high temperature (greater than 40°C).
