Description: The M1/69 antibody reacts with mouse CD24, a cell surface molecule also known as Heat Stable Antigen (HSA). CD24 is a GPI-linked glycoprotein involved in cell adhesion and is a ligand for CD62P (P-selectin). It is expressed on erthrocytes, thymocytes, peripheral lymphocytes and myeloid lineage cells. The expression of CD24 is used to delineate stages of of lymphocyte development in the bone marrow.
