Description

Description: MaxLight™650 is a new Far-IR stable dye conjugate comparable to Alexa Fluor™647, DyLight™649, Cy5™ and offers better labeling efficiency, brighter imaging and increased immunodetection. Absorbance (655nm); Emission (676nm); Extinction Coefficient 250,000. BCMA is a member of the TNF receptor superfamily. It binds to BAFF and APRIL. BCMA is expressed on mature B-cells and other B-cell lines. It plays an important role in B cell development, function and regulation. BCMA also has the capability to activate NF-kappaB and JNK. The human BCMA gene codes for a 184aa type I transmembrane protein, which contains a 54aa extracellular domain, a 23aa transmembrane domain, and a 107aa extracellular domain.
