Recognizes Biotin. Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-goat serum, biotin conjugated goat IgG and biotin conjugated BSA. No reaction was observed against anti-goat IgG F(c) or anti-Pepsin.
