Description: This targeted toxin binds and eliminates cells that express the orexin 1 receptor. Anti-OX1r-SAP is a conjugate of a biotinylated affinity purified rabbit polyclonal antibody against a portion of the extracellular domain of the orexin 1 receptor and the secondary conjugate Streptavidin-ZAP (IT-27) containing the ribosome-inactivating protein, saporin. The antigen sequence is identical in mouse, rat, guinea pig, and other species.
