Mouse spleen cells were fixed with 70% ice-cold methanol overnight at 4°C and then incubated in 1 X PBS/2%BSA/10% goat serum to block non-specific protein-protein interactions. The cells were then probed with rabbit anti-PD-1 Polyclonal Antibody, with PE-CY7 conjugation (bs-1867R-PE-CY7) (green) at 1:100 for 30 minutes at room temperature. The graph compares PD-1 antibody to unstained cells (blue) and isotype control (orange).
