MCF7 cells(black) were fixed with 70% ice-cold methanol overnight at 4°C,and incubated in 5% BSA blocking buffer for 30 min at room temperature. Cells were then stained with IL1 Receptor I Polyclonal Antibody(bs-2594R)at 1:50 dilution in blocking buffer and incubated for 30 min at room temperature, washed twice with 2% BSA in PBS, followed by secondary antibody(blue) incubation for 40 min at room temperature. Acquisitions of 20,000 events were performed. Cells stained with primary antibody (green), and isotype control (orange).

L1 rat brain lysates L2 rat kidney lysates probed with Anti IL-1R1/CD121a/IL1 Receptor I Polyclonal Antibody, Unconjugated (bs-2594R) at 1:200 overnight at 4˚C. Followed by conjugation to secondary antibody (bs-0295G-HRP) at 1:3000 for 90 min at 37˚C. Predicted band 62kD. Observed band size:62kD.

Description: Receptor for IL1A, IL1B and IL1RN. After binding to interleukin-1 associates with the corecptor IL1RAP to form the high affinity interleukin-1 receptor complex which mediates interleukin-1-dependent activation of NF-kappa-B, MAPK and other pathways. Signaling involves the recruitment of adapter molecules such as TOLLIP, MYD88, and IRAK1 or IRAK2 via the respective TIR domains of the receptor/coreceptor subunits. Binds ligands with comparable affinity and binding of antagonist IL1RN prevents association with IL1RAP to form a signaling complex.
