Description: This E.coli lysate contains a 51 kd recombinant protein expressing 18 commonly used different epitope tags which are fused to the N-terminus of the protein in the order of: GST tag TAP tag SRT tag AU1 tag AU5 tag Avi tag CBP tag E2 tag KT3 tag Nano-tag S1-Tag Strep-Tag II VP16 tag B-tag RFP-tag Universal-tag 100-tag His tag Lyophilised: After the lyophilised pellet is dissolved in 250 ul SDS-gel sample buffer (1 mg/ml protein lysate) it can be used direct for sample loading and then stored at ?0C. The sample can be reused several times. Excellent as a loading control for Western blotting. Lysate expresses 18 different epitope tags.
