Mouse lung and liver lysates probed with CD19 Polyclonal Antibody, unconjugated (bs-4755R) at 1:300 overnight at 4°C followed by a conjugated secondary antibody at 1:10000 for 90 minutes at 37°C.

Human HL60 Cells were fixed with 70% methanol (Overnight at 4°C). The cells were then incubated in 1 X PBS/2%BSA/10% goat serum to block non-specific protein-protein interactions followed by incubation with CD19 Polyclonal Antibody, Unconjugated (bs-4755R) at 0.2 µg/10^6 cells for 30 minutes at room temp. A PE-conjugated secondary antibody was used for 40 min at room temperature. The graph compares the primary antibody (green) to unstained cells (dark blue), secondary only (light blue), and isotype control (orange).
