Description: MaxLight™650 is a new Far-IR stable dye conjugate comparable to Alexa Fluor™647, DyLight™649, Cy5™ and offers better labeling efficiency, brighter imaging and increased immunodetection. Absorbance (655nm); Emission (676nm); Extinction Coefficient 250,000. c-erb B-3 protein, a 180kD glycoprotein which is a growth factor receptor with tyrosine kinase activity. c-erb B-3 is expressed widely in normal human tissues, but is overexpressed in some tumors, including those of the breast, stomach, pancreas and colon.
