Description
Description: MaxLight™550 is a new Yellow-Green photostable dye conjugate comparable to Alexa Fluor™546, 555, DyLight™549 , Cy3™, TRITC and offers better labeling efficiency, brighter imaging and increased immunodetection. Absorbance (550nm); Emission (575nm); Extinction Coefficient 150,000. Ovine CD31 is predominantly expressed by peripheral blood platelets and a small percentage of lymphocytes. CD31 is also highly expressed by ovine endothelial cells. Reported to inhibit homotypic leukocyte aggregation induced by anti CD43 antibodies (2). Removal of sodium azide is recommended prior to use in fuctional assays.
