Description: MaxLight™550 is a new Yellow-Green photostable dye conjugate comparable to Alexa Fluor™546, 555, DyLight™549 , Cy3™, TRITC and offers better labeling efficiency, brighter imaging and increased immunodetection. Absorbance (550nm); Emission (575nm); Extinction Coefficient 150,000. CD41/CD61 is also known as GpIIb/IIIa. CD41/CD61 is a calcium-complex dependent heterodimer and is expressed almost exclusively on platelets and on their precursors, the megakaryocytes. This complex is an activation-dependent receptor for RGD (Arg-Gly-Asp)-containing glycoproteins such as fibrinogen, fibronectin, von Willebrand factor, thrombospondin and vitronectin. It plays a central role in platelet aggregation and haemostasis.
