Description: MaxLight™650 is a new Far-IR stable dye conjugate comparable to Alexa Fluor™647, DyLight™649, Cy5™ and offers better labeling efficiency, brighter imaging and increased immunodetection. Absorbance (655nm); Emission (676nm); Extinction Coefficient 250,000. CD43 is a 95-135kD type I transmembrane glycoprotein (mucin-type) which is involved in lymphocyte activation. Expressed by platelets and at high levels on the surface of all leukocytes. It is negative on resting B lymphocytes and erythrocytes. C2397-76P activates T lymphocytes and also induces apoptosis in hemopoietic progenitor cells.
