Description: MaxLight™650 is a new Far-IR stable dye conjugate comparable to Alexa Fluor™647, DyLight™649, Cy5™ and offers better labeling efficiency, brighter imaging and increased immunodetection. Absorbance (655nm); Emission (676nm); Extinction Coefficient 250,000. CD44, a type 1 transmembrane protein expressed by B-cells, T-cells, monocytes and epithelial cells. CD44 is expressed by a range of cell types and involved in various functions including cell adhesion and cellular activation. Mouse anti chicken CD44, has been reported to cross react with Turkey recognising an antigen on IgM+ve B-cells and a subset of T-cells.
