Absorbance (491nm); Emission (515nm); Extinction Coefficient 73,000. CD44 (H-CAM, Homing Cell Adhesion Molecule) is a 85-90kD transmembrane protein. The human CD44 gene contains 19 exons; 1-5 and 15-19 are expressed by wild-type CD44, also known as the standard hemopoietic form (CD44s).
