Absorbance (655nm); Emission (676nm); Extinction Coefficient 250,000. CD66acd is expressed by human neutrophils and cells in some cases of colon carcinoma. Reacts with transfectants containing BGPa, NCA and CGM1a which are CEA subfamily members.
