Description: MaxLight™650 is a new Far-IR stable dye conjugate comparable to Alexa Fluor™647, DyLight™649, Cy5™ and offers better labeling efficiency, brighter imaging and increased immunodetection. Absorbance (655nm); Emission (676nm); Extinction Coefficient 250,000. CD90 (Thy-1) is a glycoprotein, 112aa, which is homologous to immunoglobulin domains. C2441-53C can be coupled to sepharose 4-B and used to purify mouse Thy-1.1 and rat Thy-1 antigens. C2441-53C can also be used to study the killing of Thy-1 tumor cells with antibody-toxin conjugate.

Recognizes rat CD90 (Thy-1). Species Crossreactivity: mouse. Directed against the Thy 1.1 antigenic determinant which is a monomorphic determinant within rat strains but polymorphic in the mouse (positive to AKR strain, negative to CVA and BALB/c). Present on a variety of cell types including thymocytes, neuronal cells, T-lymphocytes (mouse), stem cells and immature B cells (rat) and connective tissue.
