Description: MaxLight™650 is a new Far-IR stable dye conjugate comparable to Alexa Fluor™647, DyLight™649, Cy5™ and offers better labeling efficiency, brighter imaging and increased immunodetection. Absorbance (655nm); Emission (676nm); Extinction Coefficient 250,000. The murine CD94 molecule forms heterodimers with NKG2A, C or E subunits to form the CD94/NKG2 receptor. In mice the CD94/NKG2 receptor recognizes Qa-1b, a non-classical MHC class 1 molecule. CD94/NKG2 receptors may play an important role in self-tolerance of NK cells during fetal and neonatal life. N.B. Recent reports suggest that DBA/2J mice do not express cell surface CD94/NKG2A receptors (1).
